By the numbers: An overwhelming 86% of respondents reported that workforce shortages have increased workloads for current staff—a strain that can lead to burnout and, ultimately, even higher turnover rates. Additionally, 76% of respondents indicated that higher wages and better benefits would make them more likely to stay in or relocate to Wyoming for work.
