Small businesses are the backbone of Wyoming’s economy, driving growth, creating jobs, and strengthening our communities. They make up 99.5% of all businesses in the state, providing opportunities for thousands of hardworking Wyomingites.
The Wyoming Chamber proudly recognizes the state’s top small, high-growth businesses with the Range—50 Awards. Each year, 50 outstanding small businesses from across Wyoming are selected for their contributions to our state’s economic and community success. From that group, five exceptional businesses will be chosen to receive top honors in one of five categories: Innovation in Business, Leadership and Growth, Workplace Excellence, Community Impact, and Sustainability and Social Responsibility.
The Range—50 Awards are our way of celebrating the invaluable contributions these businesses make to Wyoming’s economy and the vibrant communities they help build.
Award Categories:

Recognizing companies that have introduced groundbreaking products, services, or processes that have set them apart in their industries.
2. Leadership and Growth
Celebrating businesses that have demonstrated exceptional leadership and shown impressive growth, contributing to the economic development of Wyoming.
3. Workplace Excellence
Honoring companies that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment, prioritizing employee well-being and development.
4. Community Impact
Awarding businesses that go above and beyond in supporting and engaging with their local communities, whether through volunteerism, partnerships, or charitable giving.
5. Sustainability and Social Responsibility
Recognizing businesses that demonstrate a strong commitment to sustainability, ethical practices, and making a positive impact on the environment and society.
