About the Bee
The Wyoming Chamber of Commerce is partnering with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation to bring the National Civics Bee® Wyoming State Finals to our state. This nonpartisan competition invites 6th, 7th, and 8th graders to put their civics knowledge to the test — and make their voices heard. Students compete for cash prizes, with state finalists earning an all-expenses-paid trip to Washington, D.C. to compete in the National Civics Bee National Championship in Fall 2026.
Why Civics?
Wyoming's strength has always come from people who show up, speak up, and stay engaged. We're hosting the National Civics Bee Wyoming State Finals because the next generation of those people is sitting in a classroom right now. Informed, active citizens build strong communities, strong economies, and a strong workforce. Through the Bee, we're investing in that future — and celebrating the civic pride that makes Wyoming, Wyoming.
