Help Shape Wyoming’s Future Business Leaders — Become a DECA Judge

Wyoming’s next generation of entrepreneurs, marketers, and business leaders is gearing up, and they need you!

The 2026 Wyoming DECA State Career Development Conference (SCDC) will take place in Cheyenne on February 2–3, 2026, bringing together some of the state’s most driven high school students to compete in real-world business, marketing, finance, hospitality, entrepreneurship, and management scenarios. In addition, prepared events will be judged in advance between January 21–28, 2026.

DECA judges play a critical role by evaluating student presentations, providing constructive feedback, and inspiring young professionals as they prepare for college and careers in business-related fields. This event relies on the time and expertise of business professionals who are willing to invest in Wyoming’s future workforce, and the impact is significant.
